My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room was quite large with 2 queen beds, a desk, and a sitting area, but it was smaller than expected for the price. It was directly below where breakfast was served, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the room itself was clean and comfortable.

The service at the hotel was very good overall. The door person and the entire staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, there was a slight issue with the girl serving wine and cheese on weekdays.

The hotel's location was perfect for me. It was a very short walk from the City Market and convenient to most everything in historic Charleston. However, the temperature in the room was a bit too hot at times.
Dining

The dining experience was great overall. There were lots of hot and cold options for breakfast, with wine and cheese served in the late afternoon in their atrium.
Facilities

The hotel's facilities were nice; however, there was a lack of privacy as the room was open to the bedroom area with no door.

The hotel offers comfortable rooms good for families but in a tired condition. The service is helpful and responsive, though noise during breakfast preparation was an issue. The outstanding location near Charleston's historic district is a major highlight, while the dining experience didn't meet expectations. Overall, a convenient stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel had a beautiful room despite some noise from the nearby elevator, limited space in the bathroom, and a smaller size than expected for the price. The service was generally wonderful, except for a minor issue with the girl serving wine and cheese on weekdays. The location was excellent with a charming historical feel, perfect for exploring old Charleston. The dining experience was a mix of disappointment due to items running out and delight with nice offerings and a sumptuous breakfast. The facilities were overall nice and accommodating.

I couldn't have asked for a better location - right in the heart of Charleston next to the old market and carriage ride barns. The rooms were comfortable, but the lack of exterior windows was a bit disappointing. The service was exceptional, making me feel welcome and accommodated. Overall, a great stay with a few minor room-related drawbacks.
